Paul Lobb - Research Manager, NP

Paul has worked for the company for nine years in a range of roles and have led the research team for the last 5 years. He started his research career with Ivon Watkins Dow (now Dow Agrosciences) and worked for them for 25 years. During these years he had responsibility for field research in various locations in the North Island and for many years managed the Waireka Field Station near New Plymouth. Pau has spent time overseas at other Dow research facilities learning field research techniques for fungicide trials on arable, vegetable and horticultural crops.

Paul is married with four children and currently resides in Oakura, -which suits him fine as his main pass- time is surfing the famous Taranaki coast.
