Wayne Palleson is Horticultural Market Manager for Zelam, based in Hawkes Bay. With 25 years experience in the New Zealand Agrichem industry, he has a good appreciation of the dynamics of the horticultural sectors.

Wayne had 12 years experience servicing and advising, apple, grape and kiwifruit growers in the Hawkes Bay working for Skelton Ivory.

After that he spent 10 years, as key account manager for Crop Care Holdings and NuChem PlantCare, covering the main horticultural areas of Nelson, Marlborough, Wairarapa, Hawkes Bay, Gisborne and the Bay of Plenty.

As horticultural market manager, Wayne oversees the main Zelam horticultural products and combines that with a territory management role covering the Wairarapa, Hawkes Bay, Gisborne and the Bay of Plenty.
