Scott Connor began with Zelam in early 2005 soon after completing a BSC in Chemistry at the University of Canterbury. He had previously worked as a maintenance coordinator for a international chemical plant in Mount Maunganui and thus has a good grasp on engineering matters.

In 2009 Scott accepted the role of account manager North/West North Island and is now part of the agriculture team.
